With sculpted corbels and graceful Victorian lines, this piece is a refined marble fireplace surround crafted from authentic Bianca Carrara. Quarried in the mountains outside the city of Carrara and celebrated since Roman times, the marble’s cool white to blue-grey ground with natural grey veining brings quiet luxury to any interior.

Carrara’s fine grain allows crisp carving and superb finishing. Contemporary selections typically show either a cleaner, lightly veined appearance (Carrara C) or a slightly deeper background with more pronounced grey movement (Carrara CD). Both complement the Victorian Corbel profile, adding subtle character to the fireplace surround.
