Really happy with the job from start to finish. Stuart & Pete were brilliant - friendly, professional and clearly knew what they were talking about. The installation itself was done to a really high standard and we couldn’t be happier with how the log burner looks. Jake took his time and paid attention to details and made sure the job was done properly. What really stood out was how tidy they were - dust sheets over everything and left my living room spotless afterwards. Customer service was spot on, everyone we dealt with was friendly and very helpful.
