Refund policy

At Eco fires and Stoves Ltd we want our customers to have an amazing shopping experience and to be delighted with your purchase.

For that reason, our team invests considerable time and effort into ensuring we select the highest quality and best products to sell at Eco fires and Stoves Ltd.  

We want every customer to be happy and that's why we offer a 14 day returns policy should you not be happy with your purchase.  

 

Returns

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied you may return any item unused in its original condition and packaging for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be communicated via email

The cost of the return must be paid by you. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely, if an item is not packaged securely and arrives to us damaged we cannot offer a refund. It must be in his original resalable condition.

 

Faulty Product or Wrong Order Sent 

We take extra care to ensure that everything arrives in perfect condition, however in the rare occasion an item arrives damaged then please contact us.  Please include pictures of the faulty item and if the packaging is damaged, please also provide photographs of that as well as it helps us to work with our logistic companies.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow 14 days for your refund to be processed, automatically to your original method of payment.

Cancel or edit your order

We have a very fast turn around of orders in our warehouse to ensure quick delivery, this means we can't guarantee orders can be edited or cancelled once placed. If you would like to edit or cancel your order please get in touch with us and use the subject ‘cancel’ and send us your order details as soon as possible.  If the Order has been sent to dispatch, then you would need to receive and return the item before us being able to cancel your order.
