We met Jake, Pete and Ross, and they were an absolutely lovely team. So professional, genuinely caring about their customers, and always making sure their service is top‑notch. Really happy with the job from start to finish. Stuart & Pete were brilliant - friendly, professional and clearly knew what they were talking about. The installation itself was done to a really high standard and we couldn’t be happier with how the log burner looks. Jake took his time and paid attention to details and made sure the job was done properly. What really stood out was how tidy they were - dust sheets over everything and left my living room spotless afterwards. Customer service was spot on, everyone we dealt with was friendly and very helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, we’re really pleased with the finished job and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to have a log burner fitted. Thanks again guys - cracking job.
