Yes, we cover the whole county, from Farnham and Guildford in the west to Caterham and Oxted in the east. Our in-house install team is based at our Fleet showroom, right on the Surrey border, so we're never far away. Call 01252 815100 to check your postcode.

Yes. Much of Surrey, including Guildford, Woking and Reigate, has designated smoke control areas, which means you need a DEFRA exempt stove. Every wood burning stove we sell meets that standard, and we'll confirm your area's status during the survey.

Yes, we install across central Surrey including Guildford, Woking, Godalming and the surrounding villages. The showroom is around 25 minutes from Guildford via the A3. We also handle servicing and maintenance for existing installations across the area.

Yes — our in-house team surveys, installs and services everything we sell. Installation is by our own engineers, not subcontractors, so your warranty and Hetas compliance paperwork are handled by the same people who sold you the fire. Visit our Fleet showroom to see the fires in person.

Really happy with the job from start to finish. Stuart & Pete were brilliant - friendly, professional and clearly knew what they were talking about. The installation itself was done to a really high standard and we couldn’t be happier with how the log burner looks. Jake took his time and paid attention to details and made sure the job was done properly. What really stood out was how tidy they were - dust sheets over everything and left my living room spotless afterwards. Customer service was spot on, everyone we dealt with was friendly and very helpful.
